Three60 Communities earns AAMC accreditation from Community Associations Institute

Three60 Communities, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group and leading provider of quality and innovative community management services in the UAE and Oman, has obtained an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) accreditation, making it one of the only two companies in the Middle East and outside the United States to secure the coveted certification from the prestigious Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Alan Rowlands, General Manager, Three60 Communities, said, “The AAMC accreditation will keep Three60 way ahead of its competitors in the region. This achievement illustrates Three60’s commitment to exceeding expectations, as evidenced by its continuing efforts to meet industry standards at the local and global levels.”

“Achieving the designation was one of the key targets set under the Vision 21 pillar, which is our business transformation programme, as part of our wider group’s Get Wonky culture, a business enhancement culture deployed to provide all employees with an inclusive work environment and ensure they deliver service excellence to customers, and we are proud to have achieved it ahead of time.  We thank CAI for the honour, and we share our latest accomplishment with the team whose hard work and commitment have made this milestone possible,” Rowlands added.

Community management companies with AAMC certification are viewed favorably in the marketplace, thanks to CAI’s stringent criteria. To get the accreditation, CAI requires a minimum of three years of experience in providing community association management services, based on client verification; a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designee as the company’s senior manager; and a staff of whom 50 percent of managers who have been in the company for at least two years and hold a professional manager credential, among others.

“Now that we hold the AAMC accreditation, we are further inspired to build not only a vibrant community but a sustainable one where asset value is preserved and where residents can lead the kind of life they aspire. Bringing care, attention, and commitment to our communities to make them livelier and more appealing is an integral part of what we do as an organization,” Rowlands said.

Three60 provides owners’ association and community management services to various premier residential and commercial communities in the UAE and Oman. Using an approach aligned with international standards, it offers a full spectrum of related services and activities to manage every aspect of premier developments in the region. Three60 closely collaborates with its clients to ensure that their needs are incorporated into its overall service model.
