Three60 launches QuickPay to provide residents with contactless payments in the fight against COVID-19

‘QuickPay’ helps property owners & tenants to make online payments easily and can be accessed through “quickpay.three60cm.com” website. It is a hassle-free solution dedicated to customers who wish to pay their service charges and utility bills without requiring them to register or login to Three60’s online portal. The online payment solution has proved to be popular with many customers who took advantage of its availability at no additional cost, with 1,900 payment transactions being processed in the first 30 days

Alan Rowlands, General Manager, Three60 Communities, said, “Three60 Communities is constantly looking for ways to enhance our services while ensuring the safety of our customers right within their homes. Tapping the availability of latest payment technologies such as QuickPay is one of our latest measures that offer convenience as well as quick access for them to pay their service charges and utility bills.”

He continued, “We always look to operate with the vision of making a significant impact on the communities we serve. We are glad to see that such solutions rapidly gain popularity among our customers and this inspires us to continue raising the level of our services to maintain customer happiness and satisfaction, especially during these challenging times.”

With people staying at home to avoid the spread of the Covid-19, electronic payments have seen a significant increase in the region and worldwide. Many banks have encouraged customers to use digital channels to conduct their banking transactions.
