The deal will see Exalogic implement its RealCube Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Management System with the goal of empowering VCM Community Management that governs Azizi’s flagship communities in Dubai. RealCube is billed as a cloud-based system that improves customer experiences through digitalising end-to-end property management functions, including registrations of owners and tenants, statement reviews, payments, booking amenities and registering community-related suggestions.
According to a statement, the platform will enable VCM to address inefficiencies in property management, and will guarantee hassle-free transactions and interactions. The system is said to be a one-stop solution to several common problems faced by owners and tenants. “RealCube is the most advanced online software for owner associations, effectively guaranteeing a smooth flow of community management operations. It encourages online collaboration among residents through a plethora of advanced tools for helpdesk and facility management, online billing of service charges, tracking visitor details, accounting and payment gateways,” said Naveen Kumar, chief digital transformation officer at Exalogic Consulting.
He added, “We have the very best subject-matter experts in the industry for property management, accounting & security, enabling us to deliver such revolutionary tools.” RealCube is also said to be integrated with Mollak, an initiative by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), which will allow users to have the necessary transparency and governance in monetary aspects associated with the service charges through the continuous monitoring of accounts.
Discussing the enhanced customer experience, Kumar explained, “We adhere to global best practices, contributing to the true essence of Azizi Developments’ motto of bringing people closer, wherein RealCube offers a holistic approach to community management, keeping OA managers, board members, residents and homeowners all on the same page.” Some of the features of RealCube include community management, service requests, discussion walls, user management and budget planning to prevent over-spending, he added.
Azizi’s senior advisor to the CEO & Chairman Gibran H. Bukhari remarked, “The implementation of this powerful, state-of-the-art technology is a testament to the commitment that Azizi and Exalogic share for transparency, customer centricity and using the latest technology to enhance residential well-being and advance living experiences. Our partnership delivers a novel product that is the first of its kind in the region, granting our residents connectivity, clarity, and convenience at its finest.”
