Tabreed subsidiary launches expanded range of customer services

Tabreed subsidiary launches expanded range of customer services
Tasleem, which is a fully owned subsidiary of the UAE district cooling developer Tabreed, now offers a wide range of self-service options including an online portal and mobile app access to bills with multi-payment capabilities. Tasleem has launched a range of services including a new auto-pay system allowing users to effortlessly settle monthly cooling bills and make use of an online ‘move in - move out’ service. Lennard Sigrist, general manager at Tasleem, said, “Tasleem endeavours to provide affordable smart meter solutions allowing consumers to make informed decisions to alter usage and lower electricity bills resulting in more energy efficiency.”
Tasleem currently provides 12,000 residential customers with their cooling service billing. Tabreed is the leading international district cooling developer based in the UAE. Founded in 1998, and listed on the Dubai Financial Market, Tabreed’s cooling infrastructure is an integral part of the region’s growth.
The firm now delivers over 1.16 million refrigeration tonnes to major residential, commercial, government and private projects. The company owns and operates 76 plants across the GCC, including 63 plants in the UAE, two in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and four in Oman.
