Concordia launches new multi-device On-Demand portal

Premier Facility Management company Concordia is launching their new multi-device On-Demand portal. The digital platform is built to cater to Concordia’s B2C clients enabling households and businesses to book any of Concordia’s services in few clicks. 

www.ondemand.concordiadubai.com - the Concordia On-Demand Self Service Portal can be accessed via variety of devices, while making it an easy solution for customers to book all of their maintenance requests from a single platform. Concordia’s smart technology empowered portal provides occupiers of residential, commercial or retail units the ability to easily request a wide range of one-off services and maintenance packages. The portal, using leading technologies, additionally offers a wide variety of one-off services that include AC Maintenance & Duct cleaning, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Handyman, Pest Control, Disinfection & Sanitization. 

By a click of a button, Clients can now conveniently select, schedule & pay for their desired services online via smart payment gateways and receive real time updates on their service requests. The portal also brings together related services that Concordia manages for various towers and communities including Parking Permits schemes, Fit-Out Compliance Services & Community services, on a single platform, for the convenience for more than 200,000 Concordia customers and residents. 

With the launch of the Concordia On-Demand, Concordia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Vicky Peacock for managing operations related to reactive and On-Demand services.
