CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, has been appointed as the property manager and leasing advisor for Bahrain’s Once Mall. The under-construction commercial space being developed by Haj Gulf, is located along the Shaikh Salman Highway within Isa Town’s educational area.
CBRE’s appointment was made by ATAA Real Estate Investment Company W.L.L.
CBRE will exclusively lease and manage the brand new 11,000 square meters mall. The mail is said to feature international F&B as well as retail brands. Alongside a seamless shopping experience, the mall also aims to offer unique concepts. The four-story Once Mall shopping center will offer a range of units and zoning which will be available for offices, F&B, retail as well as entertainment. Furthermore, it will offer visitors access to the main road as well as ample parking spaces.
Currently, construction is underway and the project is due for completion by the fourth quarter of this year.
The Associate Director at ATAA Real Estate Investment Company W.L.L spoke about the project. Abdulrahman Alrayyes said the project will enable the establishment of a new meaning to commercial letting. Moreover, he revealed the project’s design is rooted within the application of creativity and innovation.
Richard Botham, the Senior Director and General Manager at CBRE Bahrain also spoke about the project. He said the property is a significant landmark of scale within the area. Additionally, it will compete easily with other go-to F&B as well as retail destinations.
