Provis, the region’s largest full-service real-estate services company, has announced the appointment of Manal Fraiwat as the company’s new Property Management Executive Director. Manal will be in charge of expanding, managing and driving Provis’s growing local and regional property management portfolios across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Northern Emirates and Western Region, which exceeds 25,000 residential units, and 23 commercial buildings and assets spanning over one million square metres.

Fraiwat brings over 23 years of in-depth industry experience to her new role that spans across real estate and asset management including residential, commercial and industrial properties. She has held multiple senior positions and served as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategy, budgets, return on investments and market dynamics as well as business profitability. Manal has a proven track record in leading transformation and expansion projects and has led several mergers and acquisitions in the past. 

Prior to joining Provis, Manal was the Senior Vice President and Head of Property and Facility Management at FAB Properties.
