Management Officer at Nakheel Community Management presented His Excellency Eng Marwan bin Ghalaita, the CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Land Department with The Al Elham Award at the Smart Built Environment Awards. 

The first edition of the Smart Built Environment Awards organized by the CM today magazine was an evening to remember and celebrate. Held at St. Regis, The Palm, on September 8th, 2021, the evening witnessed the who’s who of the built environment gather under one roof. The industry as a whole has braved the pandemic, deserved its due recognition. 

This was the first time an awards ceremony celebrated the hard work and dedication of the professionals in the Property Management, Community Management, Facilities Management, & PropTech industries.

Giving the keynote speech at the awards ceremony, Francis Giani, Chief Community Management Officer, Nakheel Community Management, expressed how one can adopt technology and become ‘Smart’ but it is more valuable when you create a community feeling.

The evening also witnessed His Excellency Eng Marwan bin Ghalaita, the CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai Land Department being awarded The Al Elham Award meaning Inspiring in Arabic. This award was presented by Francis Giani, the Chief Community Management Officer at Nakheel Community Management, on behalf of the industry, to His Excellency for his inspiring contribution to the industry and the people working out here.
