About the Event

The year 2020 has been no less than a lesson of survival. And for the Property sector, the crisis turned into a learning experience in how best one can combat the pandemic. Fast-forward to the ‘new normal’ where properties have become more than just building management in the Middle East. Today, the professionals behind our safe environment are constantly looking at ways to innovate and apply.

CM today brings to you ‘Smart Built Environment Forum’, a virtual event that is aimed to connect visitors to the latest information and technology in the built environment.

The 4-day virtual event is a knowledge-based platform and will give the visitors the information they need to arrive at an informed decision on how to make their built assets more economic for owners and more functional for occupiers.

The show targets 4 main sectors – Property Management, Community Management, Facilities Management, and Prop Tech. Each day dedicated to one of the sectors will witness keynote speeches, panels, presentations, and more that will cover the biggest issues driving real estate development and management in the Middle East region. Highlighting the most pressing issues, the virtual conference will look at the way the industry can mitigate risks, what the road to recovery will look like for them, how we can learn from challenges, and what new opportunities are in store for the industry over the next few years.
